This album was previously released on the Aural Canyon label May 19, 2020. I am releasing this album now on my page with my original song titles. And I am including a New Bonus track!

This music was published at the height of the pandemic. With our nerves jolted and anxiety settling in, I hoped that this music could bring calm into people's listening spaces. These songs were recorded pre-pandemic. The song titles give a clue of my intention for this music: to be used as sound meditation, deep listening, and to soothe the mind.

I recorded this music with processed harp and plant generated music. Hope you enjoy.
